Don Delk is a Darke County native. Graduating from Greenville High School in 1975, he followed in the family footsteps of welders and fabricators, beginning his career at Greenville Manufacturing in September of 1976. When Greenville Manufacturing closed its doors in 1991, Don was one of the employees who transitioned to Rebsco, Inc’s new fabrication facility. Don worked on our shop floor for 3 years, before becoming Fabrication Superintendent, a position he held for 15 years. Looking for new challenges, Don began to learn AutoCAD, making the transition to Rebsco’s Design and Engineering Department in 2009.
Don’s years of expertise as a welder, fabricator and fabrication superintendent give him a unique perspective which only enhances his designs, layouts, and detailing. He truly understands best practices and works to develop plans which keep the entire scope, from fabrication detail to completed project, in mind.
“I love the challenge –you never know what’s next,” says Don about his work at Rebsco, Inc.

“I have a particular interest in 3D so I can get a unique perspective to conceptual designs and ideas, even before whatever I am working on is designed and built. With the foundation I have built in AutoCAD, I feel it is now important for me to focus on learning all the engineering principles I can learn from the crew here at Rebsco, Inc. I am always trying to improve my AutoCAD design standards, as well as improve my 3D work. I am fascinated by how the latest and greatest computer aided technology can be integrated to help make building easier, more efficient, and more cost effective.”
“I like working in an in- house fabrication shop where I can see my drawings be applied to real life construction that I can see for myself (i.e. going on site, etc.). I like working in the Greenville atmosphere as well (more laid back honest people than other places). And of course, I like the fact that I go to work every day!”

Tyeis L. Baker-Baumann, President
Tyeis (Ty) Baker-Baumann, President, is the second generation owner and operator of Rebsco, Inc.
“I have distinct memories, especially of the early days of the company. There was an office complete with drafting table in a portion of our family room. I was carefully taught how to answer our home phone in a professional manner in case a customer would call, was a part of dinner table conversations about the business and the finances. And Sunday drives frequently became job site visits so my dad could be more prepared for the upcoming work week.”
Ty’s career did not begin at Rebsco, Inc. until 1996. “In the late fall of 1995, my dad (Dick Baker) approached me and asked if I had an interest in returning to Darke County and becoming a part of Rebsco, Inc. I joined the company in June of 1996, taking the reins as President upon his retirement in 1997.”
“There are many challenges and rewards to owning your own business. Every day can be different. And as a small business owner, you wear multiple hats: HR, Operations, Accounting, Customer Service……..
But it is very gratifying to work with our customers. The industries we serve are vital aspects of our country’s infrastructure. The health and productivity of these markets contribute heavily to the vitality of the national and global economy. It is not difficult to see how what we do for a customer has a positive impact on not only that company and its employees, but for the economy as a whole.”
As a forward thinking company, Rebsco, Inc. has made the changes necessary to keep up with the present day and futures needs of business. However, some things have remained the same.
“Our commitment to providing thoughtful consultation, solid design, and quality workmanship at a fair price has not wavered. Everyone on our team understands our success and prosperity is a direct result of how we do our jobs every day.”
A commitment to community service and to active participation in the professional organizations representing business and industry is yet another way Baker-Baumann sustains the core values of Rebsco, Inc.
Ty and husband Bill live in Greenville, Ohio. They have one daughter, Jessica. In their free time, Ty and Bill like boat and travel. Ty also enjoys her work as a part time yoga instructor.
